PARENTS

As a member of our preschool family, we ask that a member of your family volunteer for a shift for each child you have enrolled to support the school and keep our tuition costs as low as possible.  Each class is assigned a specific shift as outlined below.  Because we are letting you know about your shift to work so far in advance, we ask that you make every effort to be present. Around the time of the sale, you need to look for an email telling you when your shift will be and how to sign up for childcare during your shift if you require it.

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO CHANGE YOUR SHIFT TO WORK UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.  We are counting on YOU to be present during your class shift and rescheduling or skipping your volunteer shift will result in other parents having to stay late and cover your spot. We have slots for RESCHEDULING or a MISSED SHIFT as outlined below. Please email preschool@newnanfumc.org if you have a conflict.

If you are looking for information about volunteering but are not a preschool family, unfortunately, that is not an option. Due to church Safe Sanctuary guidelines, we cannot have outside volunteers when preschool is in session in the building.
